Acquired in November 2018, this 1960’s built terrace property required a complete refurbishment along with a full rewire, new boiler and porch extension. The property was sold before the refurbishment works were complete, this gave the buyer the option to choose some finishing touches such as the wallpaper in the living room and artificial grass in the garden.

This 1920’s bungalow was acquired in September 2018. Prior to commencing with the refurbishment, we were approached by a buyer who was looking for a project to live in. Within 3 weeks the property was sold and JCD moved on to its next project.

We acquired this 2 bedroom bungalow in the summer of 2019. Works carried out were a loft conversion with front and rear dormers, full refurbishment and new driveway to the front. We sold the property a year later as a 4 bedroom house.
